Ticket Pick Up

Please bring your purchase receipt to confirm purchase and pick up your Bistro Tickets.
Advance Ticket pick up is offered before the RSNA Annual Meeting begins:

  1. Friday, November 25, 2011 - 9:00am – 5:00pm Grand Concourse Lobby
  2. Saturday, November 26, 2011 - 9:00am – 5:00pm Grand Concourse Lobby

During the RSNA Annual Meeting:
Bistro tickets can be picked up at your selected Bistro RSNA location starting at 9:00am.

Ticket Exchange / Ticket Return Policy         

Please visit a Bistro RSNA kiosk for ticket returns and exchanges. Reserved table packages can be exchanged for a later date if made by 3:00pm on the day prior to the original reservation date. All changes to existing reservations are subject to table availability. Refunds will not be offered for unused Bistro tickets. The web store surcharge (10%) will not be refunded for cancelled orders.

Privacy and Comfort

Bistro RSNA locations were designed to provide efficient lunch service in a comfortable setting. Please do not move any furniture in any of the Bistro RSNA areas. In all reserved seating areas, tables are spaced with larger aisles to protect the privacy of lunch diners. For additional privacy, plants up to 6' tall may be purchased. If you would like to purchase plants for your tables, please contact Floral Exhibits, Ltd. at (773)277-1888 or visit www.floralexhibits.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If I reserved a table at Bistro RSNA, what do I need to do?
    • Pick up your Bistro tickets in advance (see ticket pick up instructions above).
    • Invite guests to join you for lunch. The Bistro tickets have the location, your company name, and table number printed on the back.
    • Visit your selected Bistro RSNA location between 11:00am and 2:30pm for lunch; 8:00am to 11:00am or 2:30pm to 5:00pm for breaks.
    • A Bistro Host will greet you, take your ticket, and show you to your table.
    • Enjoy a delicious lunch with your guests. Visit the buffet as often as you like.
    • Ask the Bistro Host to recommend Chicago's best restaurants for dinner. They will even offer to book the reservation for you!

  • Can I use my reserved table before and after lunch?
    Yes. The reserved table is yours for the entire day, so visit and host meetings as often as you wish.

  • Will food and beverages be offered before and after lunch?
    Yes. Break tickets are available for $8.50 and are good for one (1) breakfast OR one (1) afternoon break. This pass includes a beverage, a snack, and a piece of whole fruit. Or, a Grab and Go kiosk will be located near the Bistro RSNA entrance. Coffee, beverages, and snacks will be offered for purchase ala cart at this location, from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

  • Can I decorate my reserved table in Bistro RSNA?
    Yes, with the following limitations and suggestions: You may provide linens, floral, centerpieces, and signage for your table at your own expense. Please bring at least eight (8) linens, enough for two (2) per day. You may also purchase plants up to 6' tall for privacy and place near your reserved table. If you would like to purchase floral or plants for your tables, please contact Floral Exhibits, Ltd. at (773) 277-1888 or visit www.floralexhibits.com.

  • Can I re-schedule my Bistro RSNA reservation?
    Yes. Visit your selected Bistro RSNA location before 3:00pm on the day prior to your reservation to make changes. Additional tickets may be added to your purchase, subject to availability.

  • Can I just walk up to a Bistro RSNA location and get served?
    Yes. A cashier is located at the entrance to each Bistro RSNA location. Lunch will cost $20.00 including tax, and open seating is available in all four (4) locations on a first come, first served basis.
